New: Loving what you see in the mirror
Welcome!
I'm Kitty Foth-Regner, a follower of Jesus Christ, a freelance high-tech copywriter and an author who's particularly passionate about two things:
I hope you'll spend some time with me, and let me know your thoughts on what you find here. After all, we're all going to spend eternity somewhere. It's critical that we make sure that we ourselves, and those we care about, are headed for the right place.
How do we get there?
That's the life-changing question I faced in the year 2000. To my utter amazement, I found the answer in the Bible, after an intensive, 15-month quest for the truth.
I shared this journey in my memoir Heaven Without Her (Thomas Nelson, 2008). And I'll present a few of the highlights here, in the hope that they'll point at least some visitors to the truth that leads to a heavenly hereafter -- to Jesus Christ Himself.
Are you on the threshold of eternity?
We all are, of course. We spend our lives in eternity's waiting room, don't we?
But actuarially speaking, the elderly are closest to actually being there. That's why I personally spend a lot of time with residents of a local nursing home -- soaking in their incredible knowledge before it vanishes forever, and sharing, with those who don't yet know it, the wisdom found only in the Bible.
If that's something you have a heart for, great! You'll find some of my thoughts on the subject on my Old Folks page and Golden Years blog. I hope you'll feel free to share yours with me here.

- Eternity. "For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory ..." (2 Corinthians 4:17)
- The elderly. "Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world." (James 1:27)
I hope you'll spend some time with me, and let me know your thoughts on what you find here. After all, we're all going to spend eternity somewhere. It's critical that we make sure that we ourselves, and those we care about, are headed for the right place.
